Privacy Policy

The short version

I collect only what I need to respond to you and deliver my services. I don't sell your information, and I don't store your payment card details.

What I collect

  • Contact details you submit through the form — your name, email, business name, and message.
  • Payment information when you purchase a package. This is handled directly by Stripe; I receive confirmation and basic order details, never your full card number.
  • Basic usage data if analytics are enabled, such as pages visited and general location — used to improve the site.

How I use it

  • To reply to your inquiry and provide the services you request.
  • To process payments and manage your plan.
  • To improve the website and understand what's useful.

Who I share it with

I share information only with the service providers needed to run the business — for example, Stripe for payments and an email provider for notifications. These providers handle data under their own privacy policies. I don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

Cookies & analytics

The site may use cookies or similar tools for basic analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Data retention

I keep inquiry and customer records only as long as needed for the project, legitimate business purposes, and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

You can ask me to access, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you. Just email and I'll take care of it.

Security

I use reputable, secure providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but I take protecting your data seriously.

Children

My services aren't directed to children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

I may update this policy occasionally. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
