Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
1. Overview
These terms apply when you hire Keystone Web Pages (“Keystone,” “I,” or “me”) to design, build, or maintain a website. By booking a project or paying an invoice, you agree to them.
2. Services
I provide website design, development, hosting, and related services as described in your chosen package or a written scope we agree on. Specific deliverables, timelines, and page counts are confirmed before work begins.
3. Payment & billing
- Monthly plans include a one-time setup fee charged at signup, then a recurring monthly fee billed automatically through Stripe until canceled.
- One-time buyouts are paid in full before final delivery unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Failed or reversed payments may pause service until resolved.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time; billing stops at the end of your current period and is not prorated. Because hosting and licensing are tied to an active plan, a site on a monthly plan may be taken offline after cancellation. To keep a site permanently, ask about a buyout.
5. Ownership & license
On a buyout, you own the final website — its code and content — once payment clears. On a monthly plan, you hold a license to use the site while your plan is active. In both cases, you retain ownership of the content, logos, and materials you provide.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and to only supply content, images, and materials you have the right to use. You're responsible for the legality of your business and the claims made on your site.
7. Revisions
Revisions are included as described in your package. Substantial changes beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately before work continues.
8. Third-party services
Your site may rely on third-party services (such as Stripe for payments, email providers, hosting, and analytics). Their use is subject to their own terms, and I'm not responsible for outages or changes outside my control.
9. Limitation of liability
I work hard to deliver quality, but services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, my total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and continued use of my services means you accept the current version.
